Does my plan renew automatically?

No. Every plan is a one-time payment for the chosen duration. After that, your access ends by itself – there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged. Shortly before the end, we remind you by email.

Can I watch on several devices at the same time?

Yes, on up to 4 devices at once. You choose the number when you order. Each extra connection costs less than an additional plan – prices are on the Plans & Prices page.

How long does setup take?

Usually just a few minutes. You install the player, send us a photo of the start screen, and we activate your access. If you use your own app, we can send you the login details instead.

What internet speed do I need?

Plan for about 10 Mbit/s per stream in HD and at least 25 Mbit/s in 4K. If several devices are in use at once, add the values up. A stable connection at the TV, for example via LAN cable, often matters more than a faster plan.

How can I pay?
