Questions about prices and payment
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for the chosen duration. After that, your access ends by itself – there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged. Shortly before the end, we remind you by email.
Can I get a refund if I no longer need the plan?
While your plan is active, you can request a refund. We refund the pro-rata amount for the remaining full months. Just email support@serieiptv.com with your order number and purchase date.
How can I pay?
In the secure order form on this website with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never ask for payment by bank transfer or via links in messages.
Can I watch on several devices at the same time?
