1. Controller

2. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser, operating system). This is required to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short time.
3. Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies store your language and your cookie choice (Section 25(2) TDDDG). We only load all other services once you agree in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
4. Statistics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Pseudonymous usage data is collected to improve our service. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel
With your consent, we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure whether visitors start an order or trial after clicking one of our ads. Without your consent, these services are not loaded and no data is sent to them.
6. Campaign parameters
If you reach us via an ad, the address contains parameters such as utm_source or gclid. We pass these on to the order form so an order can be attributed to the right ad. We only store them beyond the current session with your marketing consent.
7. Movie and match data
Posters come from The Movie Database (TMDB), fixtures and crests from football-data.org. The images are loaded via our own server; your IP address is not passed on to these providers.
8. Orders and free trial
The order and trial forms are provided by our payment and order service provider and only load when you open them. We process the data entered there to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not receive payment data; it is processed by the respective payment provider.
9. Contact by email and WhatsApp
When you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited also applies.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
11. Storage period
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or required by statutory retention periods.
