§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed via spielfilm.net. Your contractual partner is UPIPTV LLC, 1302 Coffeen Ave, 82801 Sheridan, WY, USA.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of plans on the website is not a binding offer. By submitting the order form, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or activate your access.
§ 3 Service
For the chosen duration, we provide access to our IPTV service for the booked number of devices used at the same time. The specific channel and content line-up may change. You need a compatible device and a sufficiently fast internet connection.
§ 4 Prices and payment
The prices shown at the time of ordering apply. Payment is made once in advance using the payment methods offered in the order form.
§ 5 Duration
The contract ends automatically when the chosen duration expires. No cancellation is required and there is no automatic renewal.
§ 6 Customer obligations
Login details are for your own use only and may not be resold. You may use no more devices at the same time than the number of connections booked.
§ 7 Free trial
The free trial is limited to 24 hours, ends automatically and does not oblige you to buy.
§ 8 Refunds
While your plan is active, you can request a pro-rata refund for the remaining full months. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
§ 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which they habitually reside.
